Description
The Audrey 1951 Dress is a classic, 1950’s inspired dress that can be made to look very classy and formal, or summery and playful.
The dress is inspired by a cute picture of Audrey Hepburn where she is wearing a turquoise blouse with contrasting white cuffs and Peter Pan collar. I was in love with how cute but simultaneously elegant she looked and wanted to combine both impressions in my pattern.
The Audrey 1951 Dress features:
- a full circle skirt
- pockets
- lined, fitted bodice
- contrasting collar
- ¾ sleeves or sleeveless version
- invisible zipper at the back

Tea-length skirt – adjust to your preferences.
Sewing level
This pattern is recommended for intermediate sewers and above. The bodice is intended to have a close fit, so the pattern is recommended for sewers comfortable with fitting for their own body.
